Growth Analysis of Lettuce (Lactuca Sativa L.) Using Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) in Hydroponic Systems

This study aims to determine the effects of planting media and gutter slopes on growth lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) using Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) in a hydroponic system. research was conducted at Experimental Garden Faculty Agriculture, Universitas Lakidende Unaaha, Konawe Regency, Indonesia, October 2021. The two treatments were arranged randomized block design (RBD) repeated three replications. first treatment consisted types growing media: sponge medium (M1) rockwool (M2). second kinds, i.e., 3% slope pipes (K1) 5% (K2). observed variables plant height, number leaves, fresh weight. All collected data analyzed analysis variance (ANOVA) followed by least significant difference (LSD) test level. has revealed major results. Firstly, interaction between significantly affects height weight lettuce. Secondly, or independently effect several plants. Lastly, improved growth.
